Our team is dedicated to processing your orders as quickly as possible, which means that once an order is placed, no changes can be made to it.

Faulty Items

We apologize if you have experienced any issues with your Siju jewelry. Our customer service team is here to assist you. Before returning your item, please contact us so that our team can guide you through the next steps and provide information about refund or replacement time frames. It would be helpful if you could provide a photo to expedite the process.

 

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings and personalized items.

If you receive a damaged or broken item, kindly inform us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

For exchanges, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return your jewelry for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the package. Please ensure that the items are in unused condition and in their original packaging. However, this policy applies only to full-priced items.

Once your return request is approved, a return label will be sent to you via email free of charge. To initiate a return, please send us an email.

Refunds

Regarding refunds, if the goods do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 14 days of receipt. We recommend using a tracked delivery service with proof of postage. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product ($10). Once we receive your return, we will process it, and refunds are typically issued within seven working days, though this may vary during busy periods. Refunds will be made to the original account used for purchase. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the US. Ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition you received them, with the original packaging. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

Please be aware that we cannot offer exchanges or returns for items that have been worn, as any signs of wear will disqualify the return.

Siju Jewelry Subscriptions:

Unfortunately, subscriptions cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different item, except for cases where you need to exchange the item for a different size.

In the rare occurrence of an item missing from your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will investigate the matter. If you do not notify us within this timeframe, we won't be able to address the issue.

Earrings cannot be refunded or returned for hygiene reasons, but we will still honor our promise to exchange or replace broken or faulty goods.

Build your Box

For any refunds or exchanges related to the BUILD YOUR BOX promotion, please note the following:

- If you wish to exchange for a different size, simply return the unwanted item in its original condition and contact our customer service team with your order number and desired exchange item. Once we receive the return, we will send out your exchange.

- Refunds can only be processed if the entire jewelry box is returned with all items in their original condition. Partial returns will not qualify for refunds.

BUY 2 GET 1 FREE & PART RETURNS:

If you make a purchase with the buy 2 get 1 free promotion and decide to return only part of the order, please be aware that refunds will be calculated according to the terms of the promotion:

- If the full order is not returned, a partial refund will be issued.

- However, if all the items are returned in the correct condition, a full refund will be provided.

IMPORTANT: If your parcel is undelivered or appears lost with the courier, you must notify our customer services team within 14 days of placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for any missing, lost, or damaged parcel claims outside of this period.
